Adults-only access

Humanly Mutual is intended for adults 18 and older. No minors are permitted.

No paid sexual services

The platform does not permit paid sexual services, compensation for sex, escort-style profiles, transactional arrangements, or user-to-user payments.

Consent and clarity

Mutual Clarity is a communication tool. It is not a consent contract, consent receipt, legal agreement, medical assessment, or safety guarantee. Consent is ongoing and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Safety and emergency limits

Humanly Mutual cannot replace emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger, they should contact local emergency services.

Package limits

This public package does not process real payments, identity verification, messaging, emergency dispatch, or production waitlist data.
